NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To enter, simply enter your Name and E-mail in the pop up window. This contest is open to all legal participants at time of entry. Press SUBMIT on the contest home page and your entry will be automatically forwarded into the contest drawing. Only one (1) entry per person and only one (1) winner per household. CONTEST BEGINS AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH ANNUAL YEAR (I.E. JANUARY 1st; AND ENDS AT THE END OF THAT YEAR. ONE WINNER will be selected FOR EACH ANNUAL CONTEST. DRAWING TO BE HELD ON THE 10TH DAY OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH AT THE END OF THE PREVIOUS YEAR. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic or mail entries that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or non-deliverable due to online communication malfunction or failure or human error that may occur in the processing of entries to this contest. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entries become the property of NMBCityguide.com. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the judges. Names of the tentative winners will be placed on the North Myrtle Beach's web site and will be notified by e-mail. By entering the contest by e-mail, entrants agree to review their e-mail or North Myrtle Beach's web site and you further assert that you have read and agree to the terms as set forth in our privacy statement. Confirmed winners will be announced on North Myrtle Beach's web site. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Prize winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form within 14 days of receipt of the form or an alternate winner will be selected in a subsequent random drawing. Prize winners must respond to notification within 72 hours or they may forfeit their prize. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable either by e-mail or by mail will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. There are no substitutions for prizes except due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value, at the discretion of the Sponsors, will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winners. If selected as tentative winners, the winners agree (except where prohibited) to allow NMBCityguide.com to use their names, likenesses, entry contents, biographical data and statements for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
